The Youth Services Department operates multiple programs that are committed to assisting today’s youth in becoming tomorrow’s productive and skilled workforce. Youth Services programs provide In-School Youth and Out-of-School Youth, ages 14-24, with the necessary tools to become competitive in the workforce through Career Pathways service models. Youth Services provides an array of workforce development services and activities to youth who are at-risk of dropping out of high school or may face barriers to employment.

Youth will explore occupations, education and training requirements, salaries, growth projections, and opportunities within each industry.

This program will provide young adults with a work experience that will be engaging to their talents, interests, and skills while raising their awareness of employer expectations, proper work attire, and interpersonal expectations.
